 Twilight and birdlight and sunset and shadow

And let there be no today or tomorrow

Volcanic fire and Kingfisher's glee

And the song of the emeralds in the deep blue sea.

Moonlight and starlight in velvet aglowing    

And mermaids and starfish in conchshells 

arowing

The jewels of the sea are brittle and bright

And the ladybirds and jellyfish are having a fight.

The voice of the waves are humming a song

And there comes pearleyed sweetfaced Dawn

The chariots of the Sun rush across the sky

We must bid you a soft goodbye...

Come dance with us then in a magic glow of light

When the jewels of the foam are brittle and bright

While the mermaids row to the music of the sea

And the seafolk laugh and caper with glee.

Thunder and lightning and splashes of storm

The seahorses come galloping at the sound of morn

Raindrop's whisper and sunlight's spray

We're off,we're gone we can no longer stay...
